For the love of ice cream. Seriously I LOVE ice cream. Anything sweet for that matter. It is a joke in my family that I am basically the girl version of my dad. We are so similar that it is a little alarming. So similar, in fact, that we are not allowed to sit next to each other at dinner because we bicker and pester each other the entire time. Lucky for my dad, he wasn’t blessed with just one girl but three of us!! (Not including my mom.) He will tell you that it is his worst nightmare but we all know deep down that he loves it 😉 Well being in that I am basically my dad, we basically have the same sweet tooth, and let me just say that it is a rather large tooth. That would be so weird if it were an actual tooth? Wow thinking about that it really weird hahaha! The other night he brought home chocolate covered strawberries and he handed my the box and I had eaten the entire box in less than five minutes. My mom was so mad because she didn’t even get a single one. You snooze you lose. Anyways, today we ventured to Thomasville. One of my favorite places ever! It has this vintage vibe to it and pretty much all of the buildings that were there 50 years ago are the same ones they are using today. The whole town is full of history and fun fact about me: I love history. Before I was a retail major I was a history major. Super random and totally opposite of retail, I know, but I adore it. Naturally, we made our way to the ice cream shop, as always. Chocolate and cookie dough are my go-to guys. To be honest, I asked for three scoops of ice cream and they were like “Ya, we can’t do that.” And I was crushed. Stack it high, my friends. If you are ever in the Tallahassee area and want a good adventure, go to Thomasville and eat at Sweet Grass or Jonah’s! Thank me later 😉 Xoxo.
